The Synthesis of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers on Microcentrifuge Tube Filters for Solid-Phase Extraction and the HPLC-UV Determination of Andrographolides

Abstract Molecular imprinting-based solid-phase extraction has been in the spotlight to improve recognition selectivity and detection sensitivity of andrographolides. The synthesis molecularly imprinted polymers on micro centrifuge tube filters for determination andrographolides were investigated. Molecularly synthesized using photo-polymerization method preconcentration (AD) template molecule 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone as initiators, mixture 1-dodecanol toluene solvent, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ethylene glycol dimethacrylate functional monomers cross-linked, respectively. resultant AD (AD-MIPs) characterized Fourier-transform infrared spectrum scanning electron microscopy. maximum adsorption AD-MIPs toward was found be 85%, could reach binding equilibrium within 60 min. sample solution separated by AD-MIP (SPE). Subsequently, analyzed high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. successfully applied specifically separate determine from pharmaceutical products biological fluid samples with relatively high recoveries (102.01–108.61%). present is simple, selective, accurate, provides a promising alternative traditional SPE sorbents real samples.
